Amie is an accomplished sales and marketing executive bringing 25 years of leadership experience in driving company growth. A strong advocate for personal health, wellness, and aging gracefully, she seamlessly blends her professional acumen with her personal passion. While working for a leading technology company, Amie leverages her extensive experience to create strategic partnerships and build winning go-to-market strategies. Outside of the office, she roots her life in movement, prioritizing time outdoors to recharge through hiking new trails, paddle-boarding, and practicing yoga.
Today, her passion for wellness and business transformation is channeled into her role as a co-founder of Charge HydroStem, a company focused on helping women embrace the aging process with confidence. This new venture allows Amie to merge her personal commitment to aging gracefully with her professional expertise, creating a space where women can find innovative solutions to enhance their well-being and confidently navigate the aging journey.
Jen Allen
With over two decades of experience in the cosmetic industry, Jennifer is passionate about empowering women through beauty and self-care. As one of the founders of Charge Hydrostem, she feels great fulfillment in redefining how women approach self-care and wellness. Jen combines expertise, creativity, and a deep commitment to enhancing women’s confidence and well-being.
Outside of work, she is a proud mother of three who finds balance through yoga, exploring the outdoors, travel, gardening and cherishing family time. Driven by a love for connection and innovation, Jen is dedicated to creating products and experiences that truly make a difference. Helping women to feel seen, supported and celebrated.
Mindy Luck
Mindy holds a degree in Health Science from Boise State University and brings valuable experience to her role at CHARGE HydroStem. Over the course of 20 years as a United States Marine Corps Officers wife, she had the opportunity to live in diverse communities, where she developed a deep appreciation for the power of connection and the importance of supporting and empowering women. For the past 13 years, Mindy has thrived as an interior designer, working across the country.
Blending her creativity with functionality to transform residential and commercial spaces into beautiful and inspiring environments. Her eye for design is matched only by her love for fitness and holistic health. She is passionate about staying active, whether it’s running or working out at the gym, embracing a lifestyle that prioritizes well-being and vitality. Mindy cherishes spending time with her three children and traveling to new places, seeking inspiration and personal growth along the way. She is excited to bring her passion for supporting women’s health, creativity, and dedication to making a positive impact through CHARGE HydroStem, driving the company’s mission and growth.
