Refund policy

Due to the nature of this product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at amie@chargehydrostem.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the defective product

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your claim within 2 business days. If we confirm a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will:

  1. Issue a full refund to your original payment method, or

  2. Send a replacement product at no additional cost

Please note:

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

  • Products showing normal wear and tear or damage from improper use are not eligible for refund or replacement

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

  • Return shipping costs for confirmed defective items will be covered by us
